Students develop a business plan for a retail or service business that they are personally interested in starting. Each student will be responsible for all portions of the comprehensive plan that covers everything, including Executive Summary, Business Description, writing a mission statement, developing the marketing plan, etc. Students will also be responsible for making Business Cards. Student must adhere to all deadlines. Students not presenting will receive a 0.

Students create a corporate Prezi presentation. Students research a business with specific problems, they develop theories of action for each problem. Implement the following strategies in the project: thinking maps, typed memo on letterhead borders & logos, visual display board with thinking maps, and the following corporate materials: Agendas, Staff Sign-In Sheet, Research Based Material to support practice, flyers. Dress in business attire for presentation. 5 due dates, 5 test grades.

Develop a logo and Prezi for a NFP which must include branding, product techniques, marketing strategies, target market, & product prices. Each student must incorporate 2 techniques, and 2 strategies as well as all components of CI & a detailed explanation for your logo.

Students will research a brand and create a powerpoint presentation about that brand.

Students will create a commercial/ billboard advertisement promoting their marketing project. The commercial or billboard must include the following: slogan, logo, what is the product , why consumers should buy the item , who the product was created for, when will it be available, and where can you buy it. The student must explain the type of promotion he/she selected, how this type of sales promotion will gain customers, what stage in the PLC would the advertisement be most effective.

This project will allow others to see who I am, what my likes and dislikes are, goals I have for myself,and stresses in my life and how I deal with them. Once finished, the reader should get a good "feel" on how unique I am.
