Dominic will participate with his class in the morning routine in the general education setting from 8:25-8:40. 6/6 expectations met with 100% accuracy on five days earns lunch with Mom.

By October 2026, C will demonstrate improved relationship shills with peers and adults when transitioning between activities or classes maintaining appropriate interactions, using polite language, clarifying questions, following directions and responding calmly. He will demonstrate 3 of 4 appropriate interactions according to a rubric in 75% of observed opportunities by the counselor.

When given a task, student will be prepared and will have the necessary supplies and materials so that they are able to remain in their assigned area until the task is completed on 4 of 5 consecutive observations

Student will complete a required task, assignment, etc., in a timely manner and with cooperation with 2 prompts or less.

Student will interact respectfully with peers by using kind words rather than insulting words like "stupid" and "dumb" 3/5 trials.

Student will transition from one activity to another without tantruming behaviors such as physical aggression with 2 verbal prompts or less for 3 out of 5 trials.

Student will comply with requests given by adults such as teachers, substitutes, support staff, or administrators within 60 seconds, given no more than 1 or 2 prompts.

Student will have eyes on their teacher, eyes on task, or be engaged in a task-related activity for 5 consecutive minutes per 15-minute interval over a period of one hour.
