Workout Guide Data
Students will be required to write their own 3 week workout plan. They will be required to include each element discussed in class including, muscular strength/muscular endurance (either or), Cardiorespiratory endurance and flexibility. Also students will include pictures of each exercise and include pictures of primary and secondary muscle groups. Next a graph showing all HR reading taken in class for the last 3 months. Finally they will develop a measurement tracker sheet.
