Esta rubrica pretende avaliar o trabalho em equipa de um aluno individual, não da equipa como um todo. Portanto, é possível que um aluno receba altas classificações, mesmo que a equipa como um todo seja bastante fraca. Da mesma forma, um aluno pode receber avaliações baixas, mesmo que a equipa como um todo funcione razoavelmente bem. Segundo, essa rubrica é projetada para medir a qualidade de um processo, e não a qualidade de um produto final.

Year 9 & 10 Art Options Semester One Collaborative and Collective "Alice In Wonderland" series

Creative thinking is both the capacity to combine or synthesize existing ideas, images, or expertise in original ways and the experience of thinking, reacting, and working in an imaginative way characterized by a high degree of innovation, divergent thinking, and risk taking. Creative thinking in higher education can only be expressed productively within a particular domain.

Teamwork is behaviors under the control of individual team members (effort they put into team tasks, their manner of interacting with others on team, and the quantity and quality of contributions they make to team discussions.) Two characteristics define the ways in which this rubric is to be used. First, the rubric is meant to assess the teamwork of an individual student, not the team as a whole. Therefore, it is possible for a student to receive high ratings, even if the team as a whole is rather flawed. Similarly, a student could receive low ratings, even if the team as a whole works fairly well. Second, this rubric is designed to measure the quality of a process, rather than the quality of an end product. As a result, work samples or collections of work will need to include some evidence of the individual’s interactions within the team. The final product of the team’s work is insufficient, as it does not provide insight into the functioning of the team. Courtesy of AAC&U.

Reflections allow students the opportunity to think about their experiences and "get the learning out" of these experiences. Through reflection, s, explore problems and solutions encountered during their work, and connect their experiences to their learning goals. Reflections are an important part of the feedback loop between the student and their teacher. Therefore, sharing the learning with the teacher in a timely manner, allows the teacher to offer formative guidance through timely responses to the reflection, which increases student learning.
