Anatomy Short Paper Assignment
Students prepare one short paper (3-4 pages) 12 font, Times New Roman on 2 body systems. The paper should include fx. of each system as well as how each system work separately as well as together

3D Model of a Nerve or the Brain
Create a 3-D model of a nerve or a brain. Student(s) must label all parts of the nerve/brain and list its functions. Creations must be original, and not falling apart. Labels must be clear and easy to read. Brain model must include lobes and functions. Nerve models must include dendrites, cell body, schwanns cell, axon and terminals, nucleus, nodes of ranvier, myelin sheath, and functions of each. A short essay about how the nerves/brain conveys messages to the body must be included.

Create a 1-5 minute video that teaches a disorder of your choice. Your video can be a commercial, PSA, music video, or news report. The video must be professional and focus on teaching content in a entertaining/engaging fashion.

The students will work on their own to put together a pamphlet. The pamphlet will contain relevant information directly related to body system and 2 disorders. Students will provide accurate information in a creative and colorful pamphlet to educate peers. The pamphlet will be tri-fold, all pages should have relevant information.

Body Systems Research Paper
Research 2 or more body systems of your choice and how they work together; include a disease or disorder that effects both or all body systems chosen. Submit one 2-4 page typed paper, single spaced (4-8 pages double spaced), 12 point font, APA 6th guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 4 resources used researching the paper (not included in paper count).

Digestive Story
Assignment: Create a cartoon, video, comic, or shoe box project that explains how some of your favorite foods get digested! You must describe all the organs of the digestive system and what they do during the digestive process. Shoe boxes must be decorated on the outside.
