Congratulations! You have been chosen to be an official tour guide in Washington, DC! Our nation's capital is filled with exquisite and historical monuments, museums, and places that are very valuable to our nation!

The purpose of this unit is to facilitate student learning about a park/archaeological site in the Middle East. The student will create a project to present their chosen park/archaeological site . The student will use technology to conduct internet research in order to be able to present facts about their park/archaeological site's resources, culture, climate, geography, recreational pastimes, history, vegitation, animals etc. After the student has gathered all of the research, they will synthesize the information and develop a presentation about their park/archaeological site.
