As a student in the Physical Education class here at Valor High School you have participated in different fitness workouts throughout this marking period with the latest one being a Tabata or HIIT workout. Now it's your turn to develop a workout video to highlight the HITT concept and how it ties directly into our workout program.

Students are to create their own 7-minute workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include background music, 30 seconds per exercise with a 10-second break. It must also incorporate a subtitle for each exercise. The video must be submitted to email, Google Classroom, or YouTube (send me the link).

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

This rubric is to measure where my students current fitness abilities are at. This fitness test will determine their current fitness levels, and determine the areas they need improvement for the end of the year FitnessGram State exam.

Students will be given a weight room grade for every visits to the weight room. Total possible points are 16 points. If a student is not there on a weight room day student will not receive credit/points for that day missed. Students who do not dress or have unexcused absences will receive no credit for that day.

Secondary evaluation of the fundemental skill of passing and catching a football. Students are rated and scored on the mechanics of their passing and catching is the primary emphasis and accuracy is the secondary emphasis.

An overall evaluation of soccer skills and knowledge.

Students will be assessed on their overall ability and attitude toward the game of soccer. Students will be assessed on their performance of soccer skills and technique.
