HIIT POP Fitness Video
Group HIIT concept fitness video
As a student in the Physical Education class here at Valor High School you have participated in different fitness workouts throughout this marking period with the latest one being a Tabata or HIIT workout. Now it's your turn to develop a workout video to highlight the HITT concept and how it ties directly into our workout program.

The video quality is hard to follow because the video jumps and movies a lot (not smooth in the movement). There is excessive background noises. It is missing all the required additions (Timer, music, subtitles).

The video quality is easy to follow; the video transitions quickly which makes the movement not very smooth. There is excessive background noises. It is missing 2 of the 3 requirements (Timer, music, subtitles).

The video quality is very easy to follow and the transition is smoother, but you can hear some background noises. It is missing one of the requirements (Timer, music, subtitles).
Excellent
The video quality is excellent with smooth transitions and the background noises are at a minimum or none.
A timer is included for the workout and rest. Music is appropriate for the workout. Title or subtitles of the workout is included or embedded in the music.

Those that are int he video are serious and as the students transition to each exercise there is instruction on how to complete the exercise.
