Personal Fitness Workout Video - RUBRIC 
Students are to create their own 7-minute workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include background music, 30 seconds per exercise with a 10-second break. It must also incorporate a subtitle for each exercise. The video must be submitted to email, Google Classroom, or YouTube (send me the link).
