Personal Fitness Workout Video - RUBRIC Personal Fitness Workout Video Students are to create their own 7-minute workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include background music, 30 seconds per exercise with a 10-second break. It must also incorporate a subtitle for each exercise. The video must be submitted to email, Google Classroom, or YouTube (send me the link). Meets Exercise Requirements 25 pts -This is the number of steps required (ie., music, timer/clock, subtitles of exercises, editing.	Excellent Includes more than 7 exercises and displays a timer/clock, background music, and it is properly edited. The video also meets time requirements (7 minutes minimum) 25 points	Good Includes 6-7 exercises and displays a timer/clock, background music, and it is properly edited. The video falls short of the time requirement 15 points	Fair Includes 5-6 exercises and displays a timer/clock, background music, and it is somewhat edited. The video falls short of the time requirement 10 points 10 points	Poor Includes less than 5 exercises. Is missing timer/clock and or music. Does not meet time requirement. 5 points
Preparation 25 pts Fitness video demonstrate appropriate preparation was done.	Excellent Video was well prepared and executed. It includes and utilizes all the key components required. 25 points	Good Video was well prepared and executed. It includes and utilizes some of the key components required. 15 points	Fair Video is ok. It includes and utilizes a few of the key components required. 10 points	Poor Video failed to be well produced and had none of the requirements needed. 5 points
Participation 25 pts Student gave 100% in creating/researching/performing the video.	Excellent Always paid attention to detail. Creativity 25 pts Student was creative in executing the video.	Excellent Project is turned on or before the due date and exemplifies his/her own creative twist. 20 points	Good Project is turned in on or before the due date and is somewhat creative. 15 points	Fair Project is turned in on or before the due date, but displays little or no creativity. 10 points	Poor Project is turned in late and displays no creativity. 5 points
