Summer 2007
- June 13 at 1:00 pm. We work on our learning goals at Jacqueline's apartment.
- June 20 at 9:00 am. We went to MUSC library to do research the risk, symptom, prevention and statistics for heart disease in women.
- June 27 at 9:00 am. We went to visit MUSC Heart & Vascular Center to gather information about Go Red program.
- June 27 at 2:00 pm. We researched the Go Red for Women though the American Heart Association online at Jacqueline's apartment.
- July 2 at 10:00 am. Jacqueline called the Hope Lodge to get permission to present our program. The Hope Lodge called back and said that there calendar for July was already booked.
- July 9 at 9:00 am. Jacqueline went around town asking women's church group if we could present our program to them. The women church groups were out for the summer.
- July 11 at 10:00 am. Ebony and Jacqueline went to the Cypress Cove Apartment office to ask for permission to present our project to the community. They said that we could use the clubhouse to present our project and that our flyers need to be approved before we put them out.
- July 11 at 11:00 am. We completed our board and power point. The clubhouse doesn't have the technology to run our power point. So we printed the power point out and placed it on a display board.
- July 11 at 2:00 pm. We went to get our flyers approved by the Cypress Cove office.
- July 12 at 5:00 pm. We worked on our booklets and putting our red dress magnets together at Jacqueline's apartment.
- July 14 at 1:00 pm. We walked around the apartment complex putting flyers on resident's doors and breezeways.
- July 17 at 6:00 pm. This was the night of our program at Cypress Cove. We had a wonderful turnout.
- July 18 at 2:00 pm. We started working on our electronic portfolio.
- July 24 at 5:00 pm. We finished our electronic portfolio.
- July 25 at 4:00 pm. Our electronic portfolio is due.
