Physical Education Rubric Warm Up Activity
	Level 4 4 pts	Level 3 3 pts	Level 2 2 pts	Level 1 1 pts	Unsatisfactory/Grade R 0 pts
Attendance and punctuality	Level 4 Student is consistently dressed appropriately for gym and punctually begins warm up activities	Level 3 Student is usually dressed appropriately for gym and normally begins warm up activities on time	Level 2 Student has not participated in warm activities 2 – 3 times due to late arrival or not being prepared for gym class	Level 1 Student has not participated in warm activities more than 4 times due to late arrival or not being prepared for gym class	Unsatisfactory/Grade R Student is late everyday to class unexcused or has not been changed for gym class
Level of Engagement	Level 4 Student always participates during warm up activities and is totally engaged everyday. Consistently on task and never needs reminding to participate.	Level 3 Student usually participates during warm up activities everyday with vigor.	Level 2 Student needs to be reminded to participate during warm up activities more than a couple of times.	Level 1 Student constantly needs reminding to participate and remain on task during warm up activitiesin the gym.	Unsatisfactory/Grade R Student chooses not to participate or remain on task during warm activities.
Respect and listens to authority	Level 4 Student constantly respects and peers. Continually follows directions the first time given and never	Level 3 Student had to be reminded once to respect others and/or follow directions.	Level 2 Student need to be reminded to show respect to others twice in the week and or follow directions.	Level 1 Student needs to be reminded three times to show respect to others and/or follow directions.	Unsatisfactory/Grade R Student needs to be reminded constantly to show respect to others and/or follow directions. Student is caught threatening and/or harassing other classmates.
