Warm up activites	Leve 1 No participation in warm up activities and does not dress for class	Level 2 Participate cooperatively and actively in all warm up activities. Does not change one time during the week.	Level 3 Participate cooperatively and actively in all warm up activities. Has clothes every day.
Physical activity usually 25 minutes	Leve 1 Participate actively for LESS than 10 minutes of the 25 required minutes	Level 2 Participate actively for at least half of the required 25 minutes of physical activity	Level 3 Participate actively for entire number of minutes of required physical activity
