Lifting	Failing Never engaged in designed workout during class period.	Below Average Rarely engaged in designed workout during the class period.	Fair Engaged in designed workout during portions of the class period.	Good Engaged in designed workout throughout most of the class period.	Excellent Engaged in designed workout throughout entire period.
Technique	Failing Never demonstrates proper technique.	Below Average Demonstrates proper technique hardly ever.	Fair Demonstrates proper technique sometimes.	Good Demonstrates proper technique the majority of the time.	Excellent Demonstrates proper technique at all times.
Fitness Activity	Failing Never participates in fitness activities and games.	Below Average Rarely participates in fitness activities and games.	Fair Occasionally participates in fitness activities and games.	Good Usually participates in fitness activities and games.	Excellent Always participates in fitness activities and games.
