Construction Project Management
Course reviews different scheduling techniques, use of estimation against scheduling, contracting, construction law and scheduling software. A review of the process of construction management including scheduling, bidding, proposals, communications, contracts, project planning and initialization, scheduling, estimating, resource planning, organizing, and project control. Use of software will be critical and program chosen based on independent needs of students

Student selects a delivery method and provides reasoning for the selection based on the risks and rewards

Student shows clear understanding of the connection of the contract delivery methods, associated contract documents and risks associated with the method are identified with a means to handle those issues upon their arrival.
