Job Completion	Not-satisfactory The project was not completed or not completed to the specifications listed in the job specifications or an appropriate standard.	Satisfactory The project was 100% complete matching the job specifications to an appropriate standard.
Demonstrate Knowledge of Process	Not-satisfactory Student is not able to identify and explain some of the necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project.	Satisfactory Student is able to identify and explain 90-99% of the necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project. Student relies on own memory skills to complete the project.
Ability to Follow Directions	Not-satisfactory Student was not able to /or did not follow key directions from the instructor and/or job specifications.	Satisfactory Followed directions from instructor and job description with 100% accuracy.
Student Preparedness	Not-satisfactory Student did not bring or gather some of the materials/tools necessary in order to complete the project	Satisfactory Student had all materials/tools necessary to complete the project and was ready to work.
