Personal Wellness Program
The point of this class is to identify and recognize helath inhibiting behaviors that stand in the way of your ability to attain or maintain wellness. The goal of this class is for you to develop a plan that you can follow to help you do just that. This project will outline those steps. You will write up your individualized wellness plan based on the aforementioned criteria.
