sim's position (Semi-prone) left side lying position. upper leg is sharply fleced so it is not on the lower leg. the lower arm is behind the patient, bed is flat, pillow under the head and shoulder, upper leg supported with a pillow, a pillow is under the upper arm and hand	Poor unable to complete without more than 2 assists from instructor or classmate	Fair requires 1 assist from instructor or classmate	Good able to safely perform without assist from instructor or classmate
