Frisbee throwing skills
	Off task 1 pts	Basic Skills 3 pts	Proficient Skills 5 pts
Holding the frisbee	Off task Student does not have thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee.	Basic Skills Thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. (Student only has some of the components of holding the frisbee)	Proficient Skills Thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. (Student has all components of holding the frisbee)
Follow through	Off task Wrist and release is not flat. No lower body movement	Basic Skills Wrist is flat, however frisbee is not flat when released. Some lower body movement, but not towards target	Proficient Skills Wrist and frisbee flat at all times. Proficient lower body movement
Catching	Off task The student does not demonstrate any catching ability.	Basic Skills The student demonstrates some of catching ability	Proficient Skills The student demonstrates proficient catching ability
