Performance	YES! Performance indicates confidence, energy and expression throughout the entire performance. The team is energetic and involved the entire length of the song. Overall, they're pretty legit.	Pretty good. Most of the the performance indicates confidence, energy and expression. Dancing is okay, perhaps not as together as it could have been.	Okay... Performance indicates some confidence, energy and expression. There are moments when no one seems to know what they should be doing.	Not so much. Performance indicates little confidence, energy and some expression. The steps and patterns they chose are very basic.
Creativity	YES! Performs with a distinction and style. Very interesting and kept the audience's attention.	Pretty good. Typically performs with distinction and style, though there may be lapses. Somewhat interesting but does not always keep the audience engaged.	Okay... Sometimes performs with distinction and style. A bit boring and audience shows little interest.	Not so much. Rarely demonstrates expression and style. Just goes through the motions. Dance was not very interesting and lacked the audience's attention.
Particpation	YES! The students worked very effectively as a team. The students showed lots of enthusiasm. Must include at least one turn. :)	Pretty good. The students worked reasonably well together as a team. The students showed enthusiasm most of the time.	Okay... The students worked weakly as a team. The students showed some enthusiasm.	Not so much. The students didn't work as a team at all. There was a lack of enthusiasm.

Used most of their props in a unique way, but either left one prop out or the prop did not fit into the overall performance.	Okay... Used some of the props, but it either did not contribute to the overall performance or they left out 2 props.	Not so much. Did not use the props at all.
