Follow Through while shooting at a pin Correct follow through includes stick being swung with a controlled speed, not exceeding above the knee, with your toes and dominant hand pointing at the target	Poor The follow through is correctly exhibited 2 out 6 times No follow through or above the hips.	Fair The follow through is correctly exhibited about half the time. Slight follow throw, above knee slightly a couple times	Good The follow through is correctly executed 4 out of 6 times Good follow through with controlled speed no where past the knee. Stick 4 of 6 times follows through at target.	Excellent The follow through is correctly executed consistently (almost always) or 3 or more times in a row. Great follow through with controlled speed keeping stick below knee with stick pointed at target continuously.
1-2 Step Pro hop within athletic stance with the correct feet sequence. Finished pointing at target.
