Student disposes of medications and supplies, however may not dispose everything correctly. Medications are kept secure and in safe site. Student did not leave any medications or sharps in room, but may have left supplies including alcohol wipes, etc. in patient room.

Student verbalizes and verifies proper disposal of medications and supplies. Student places any additional medications in secured site and follows proper policies. There are no medications or supplies left in the patient room.

Student does not verbalize what went well in scenario and what areas should be improved upon. Student is not aware of errors that occurred. Student had 4 or more errors with simulation experience.

Student may verbalize what went well and what could have been improved, however is not sure how to improve for next time. Student had 2-3 errors with simulation experience.

Student verbalizes what went well, what could have been improved, and what would be done differently in next simulation experience. Student had 1 or less errors within simulation experience.
