Throwing	Poor Threw ball over head with proper grip hand	Fair threw ball using the correct grip and proper foot forward stepped towards target	Good Threw ball with correct grip and proper foot forward, stepped towards target and used proper hip and trunk rotation.	Excellent Threw ball with correct grip and proper foot forward, stepped towards target and used proper hip and trunk rotation and fallowed threw at the end.
accuracy	Poor hit target very few times	Fair hit target some of the time	Good Hit target most of the time	Excellent hit target every time
Catching	Poor Had hands up and ready and caught ball very few times	Fair had hands up and ready and facing the thrower and caught the ball some of the time	Good had hands up and ready and facing the thrower with hands in diamond position and caught ball most of the time	Excellent had hands up and ready, faced the thrower, hands in diamond position and allowed hands to "give" to catch ball softly and caught ball every time
