Spanish Speaking Country Project Student is responsible for researching a Spanish Speaking Country. This is the grading rubric for the project.
	Fair 15 pts	Good 25 pts	Poor 10 pts
Used time effectively Student completed worked within time given and handed complete assignment on time.	Fair Student had to be reminded to use time	Good Students were on task and used time given	Poor Project was handed in late or was incomplete due to student not using class time to work on report.
Country's Flag Student created a true representation of the country's flag	Fair Flag was not done neatly. Coloring outside the lines or sloppy. Evident that no time was spent.	Good Student color the flag accurately and it was well made representation of the country's flag	Poor Did not color the flag at all. OR Colors of the flag are inaccurate.
Written Report Student submitted a 2 page report about the country. Report was concise.	Fair Paper was not organized. It was not neat with wrinkled paper and corners. Repeated grammar mistakes.	Good The written paper is at least one page and is presentable. It is well written and free of most grammar mistakes. A title and reference page are included.	Poor Paper was only one to two paragraphs long. Lacking organization. Lots of errors with English grammar such as the correct use of punctuation and capital letters.
Content Student will write a persuasive presentation about the country. Visual aids may be used.	Fair The presentation was not persuasive because of lack of information. Some of the information was inaccurate or incomplete.	Good The presentation was well organized and interesting. All information in the outline are accurate and persuasive.	Poor Information was inaccurate. Not enough information The presentation was not persuasive.
