Good Student has a demonstrated the skill but does not scrape the dish of all food and waste	Excellent student has a demonstrated all of the proper procedure with good results.
Wash & Rinse D1 D1.2 B1.3 D1.1	Poor Student does not apply the proper procedure when washing dishes	Fair Student applies some of the proper procedure but misses two steps.	Good Student applies some of the proper procedure but misses one step.	Excellent Student has applied the proper procedure when washing dishes and has met all the proper sanitization requirements.
Sanitize D1.5 B1.3 D1.4	Poor Student has followed zero to one of the correct sanitizing steps.	Fair Student has followed one to two of the correct steps and procurers when sanitizing dishes.
