Identify and use of lift controls 80 % Student's ability to identify type of lift and use lift controls.	Excellent Demonstrated mastery of lift controls. No assistance needed and all work was performed correctly	Good Student is able to use lift controls with minimal assistance. Student needed assistance identifying lifts used in the shop.	Fair Student needed moderate assistance using lift controls. Student did not or needed moderate assistance identifying lifts used in the shop. Student is capable, needs practice	Unsatifactory Did could not use lift controls or student displayed no exposure.
Setting lift points 80 % Student's ability tp properly and safely position lift arms.	Excellent Demonstrated mastery of task.
