Hand Position	Excellent performance Student demonstrate perfectly the proper placement or position of the hand when shooting the ball in the basket.	Good performance Student demonstrate the placement or position of the hand when shooting the ball in the basket having error in alignment of the elbow when shooting.	Fair performance Student demonstrate the placement or position of the hand when shooting the ball in the basket having error in alignment of the elbow and the placement of fingertips in the ball is incorrect.	Poor performance Student lacks demonstration and does not show the placement or position of the hand when shooting the ball in the basket
Balance	Excellent performance Maintain balance and posture of the body when shooting.	Good performance Good posture of the body when shooting but not fully balance.	Fair performance The posture of the body when shooting shows little correctness and shows unbalance.	Poor performance Balance and posture of the body when shooting does not show effort when executing.
Follow Through	Excellent performance The ball is released by a quick extension of the elbow and a flick of the wrist and fingers of the shooting hand and the ball should have backspin rotation. Good performance The eye is at the basket while shooting but sometimes looking at the hand position when shooting.	Fair performance Always looking at the hand position when shooting and not always focusing on the basket when shooting.	Poor performance Shooting the ball without focusing on the target and not properly using hand position in shooting.
