SAF WATERCOLOR STUDIES SAF ACRYLIC STUDIES Students had to learn how to mix paints and how to apply brushstrokes using watercolor techniques. Brushstrokes Student demonstrated how to use a paintbrush to achieve various brushstrokes.	Beginning Student didn't complete all components required	Developing Student attempted to use paintbrush to apply brushstrokes, but only tried one. They were not experimental enough.	Accomplished Student used brushstrokes adequately.	Examplary Student did an outstanding job of experimenting with the paintbrush, achieving many different strokes.	TOTALS
Met 10 page requirement Student had to complete 10 watercolor paintings, demonstrating 8 different watercolor techniques. They could create their own style for the last two.	Beginning Student did not complete required 10 pages.	Developing Student attempted to complete required 10 pages, but some were missing.
