Participated	Poor The student did not participate such as ask or answer questions and /or interact with the instructor during the training period.	Fair The student at times participated and answered the instructor questions.	Good The student actively participated by asking questions and speaking with the instructor.
Practiced Modeled Task	Poor The student did not want to participate in the modeled task such as folding, role playing or dressing the mannequin.	Fair The student needed a lot of encouragement to participate in the tasks demonstrated during the training session.	Good The student actively participated and practiced all the tasks demonstrated during the training session with little prompting or encouragement.
