LACROSSE GRADING RUBRIC
	Oustanding 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts	No Attempt 0 pts
Participation	Oustanding Gives a great effort, models a high level of participation.	Good Gives a good effort, usually without prompting.	Fair Needs repeated prompting for participation.	Poor Uncooperative, and does not demonstrate the required skills.	No Attempt Refuses to stay on task.
Sportsmanship	Oustanding Models exemplary behavior and sportsmanship.	Good Supportive of all students, follows directions, respects equipment and shows respect.	Fair Occasionally,attitude and actions are not considered to be sportsmanlike.	Poor Attitude and actions are often considered unsportsmanlike.	No Attempt Physically or verbally abuses others.
Follows Safety Rules	Oustanding Highly respectful. Shows respect for all classmates and teachers.	Good Very respectful and considerate.	Fair Needs some reminders to listen and follow directions.	Poor Socialization interferes with learning.	No Attempt Does not follow the rules.
Objectives	Oustanding Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of terms, and accurate skill performance.	Good Demonstrates a good understanding of terms and skill performance.
