	Exceeds Proficiency 4 pts	Meets Proficiency 3 pts	Approaching Proficiency 2 pts	Well Below Proficiency 1 pts
Ball Dribbling 1. Uses the fingertips and not palm when dribbling 2. Uses entire arm movement to dribble 3. Eyes up when dribbling 4. Dribbles waist height 5. Looks forward, not at ball 6. Able to move and control ball	Exceeds Proficiency Demonstrates all elements every time dribbling.	Meets Proficiency Demonstrates at least 3 of the 4 elements on a consistent basis.	Approaching Proficiency Demonstrates 2 or less of the elements	Well Below Proficiency Unable to control the ball during dribbling.
Chest Pass 1. Starts pass at the chest level 2. Shifts weight and steps into the pass 3. Extends arms 4. Snaps wrist downward and outward at end of pass	Exceeds Proficiency	Meets Proficiency	Approaching Proficiency	Well Below Proficiency
