Students receive a weekly grade based on their attendance and punctuality, working with others, safety practices, quality of work, and following directions.

	Excellent 20 pts	Good 15 pts	Poor 10 pts	Unnaceptable 5 pts
Attendance and punctuality 20 pts	Excellent Student's attendance is excellent and is always on time.	Good Student's attendance is good (1 day missed) punctuality is excellent.	Poor Student's has missed 2-3 days and has been late at least once.	Unnaceptable Student has missed more than 3 days and has been late more than once
Working with Others and attitude 20 pts	Excellent Student has excellent relationship with others. The student always lends assistance when needed and demonstrates a positive attitude.	Good Student has good working relationship with others, but does only what is required. Demonstrates a good attitude.	Poor Student gets along well with others on a social level, does less than required.	Unnaceptable Student does not work cooperatively with others. Demonstrates a negative attitude. Does not participate in class.
Knowledge of occupational safety 20 pts procedures	Excellent Student observes all safety practices.	Good Student observes safety practices most of the time	Poor Student observes safety practices infrequently.	Unnaceptable Student never observes safety practices and/or is irresponsible with the tools and materials.
Quality of work 20 pts	Excellent Student takes pride in the way they work and strives for excellence. Student exceeds expectations.	Good Student consistently completes required tasks. Student meets expectations.	Poor Student meets minimal requirements of the job.	Unnaceptable Student does not meet minimal requirements of the job, and is not open to teacher or peer feedback.
Following directions and Rules 20 pts observing regulations	Excellent Student follows directions and regulations always.	Good Student follows directions and observes rules most of the time.	Poor Student needs directions repeat often, and has been warned about cell phone use.	Unnaceptable Student does not follow directions and/or has received warnings about cell phone use.
