Ready Position and step	Poor The student does not face the target they are throwing at and the student forgets to step with opposite foot or any foot	Good Students face their body square to the target that they are going to throw to, but forget to step forward with the foot opposite of their throwing arm. Another scenario could be students step with same foot instead of the opposite foot.	Excellent The student faces their body square to the target that they are going to throw to and steps forward with the foot opposite of their throwing arm.	Feedback
Pendulum arm motion & extend non-throwing arm	Poor The student does not do a pendulum arm motion with their tossing arm and does not extend or point their non throwing arm to the target.	Good The student does a pendulum arm motion with their tossing arm, but forgets to point or extend their non- throwing arm to target.	Excellent The student every-time does a pendulum arm motion with their tossing arm and extends or points their non- throwing arm to the target.	Feedback
Leads toss with wrist and follow-through	Poor The student does not lead the toss with wrist at all. Also the student does not follow-through at all.	Good The student leads toss with other body parts besides the wrist and sometimes follow-through. Another scenario could be students lead toss with wrist, but forgets to follow-through	Excellent The student leads the toss with the wrist of their tossing arm and follow-through across the body	Feedback
