Measurements	Mastered Measurements are accurate. Plans followed.	Skilled Minor measurement errors. Plans followed but some steps skipped or done incorrectly.	Competent A few large errors. Very little accuracy in following plans.	Learning No attention to measurements. Virtually no reference to plans and process.
Joints	Mastered Joints are structurally sound. Enough solder to surround joint, with no excess solder.	Skilled Joints are structurally sound. Some excess solder.	Competent Some joints appear to be weak. Some excess solder.	Learning Numerous weak joints. Little or no solder in the joint.
Assembly	Mastered No visible errors in assembly. All joints are set to exactly 90 degrees. Lamp is centered and straight.	Skilled Minor errors in assembly. 1-2 joints are not set to 90 degrees.
