-body in low athletic stance,
-weight on balls of feet, knees bent,
-called mine,
- hands together, ball went towards target, control of the ball, pass had a purpose.
Developing (C level)
-weight on heels,
- using hand to hand, thumb to thumb, elbows locked, ball was playable some control of ball

-hands were apart, body in upright position,
-did not call,minimal lift,
-ball contact inconsistant
Setting
Proficient (A level)
-body in athletic position,
-made a triangle for hands,
-called mine,
-weight on balls of feet, good follow through, control of ball to target, pass could spiked, pass had a purpose.
Developing (C level)
-made a triangle,
-hit ball off of palms (not fingers),

-serve was over the net and in bounds, arm correct, weight transfer,
-control of the ball, ball was placed in a difficult area to return.

-serve was over and in or close.
Had some control of ball, arm was too low, not proper weight transfer.
Beginning (E level)
-Ball not over and in or close, no control of ball, ball hit off of wrist or fingers.
Movement
Proficient (A level)
Movement allows for adequate-good court coverage, directs others to be in the correct place
Developing (C level)
Moves 1 or 2 steps, given effort but reaction time is slow
Beginning (E level)
Stationary, does not move to or away from the ball
Communication
Proficient (A level)
Calls for ball, backs away when another has called, encourages communication, is calling out help to teammates.
Developing (C level)
Changes personal movement on the court due to the communications from team and coaches
Beginning (E level)
Does not communicate with team , often runs into players because of lack of oration
