Place bed pad

Properly place bed pad on top of the mattress. Tuck corners (garter) leaving no bumps/crumple

Place Fitted Sheet

Stretch the top two corners over the corners of the mattress. Pull the sheet tight and stretch the bottom two corners over the bottom corners of the mattress.
The fitted sheet should fit snuggly.

Spread 1st Flat Sheet

Place 1st flat sheet with hem facing up (wrong side). Bring the top of the flat sheet only up to the edge of the mattress head. Edges should hang evenly on the long sides of the bed with the bottom edge hanging over the end.Do not tuck in yet.

Place blanket about 6 inches below first flat sheet aligning its long sides with the mattress's long sides.

Place 2nd flat sheet

Place 2nd flat sheet on top of the blanket with hem facing down (right side). Bring the top of the flat sheet only up to the edge of the mattress head. Edges should hang evenly on the long sides of the bed with the bottom edge hanging over the end.Do not tuck in yet.

Fold the loose portion at the top of the flat sheet under the blanket, smooth it out leaving no bumps/crumple

Tuck linens on all sides, with box type of fold (vertical fold) on each corner. At the bottom part of the bed, "chop" the linens to make sure that linens are tucked flatly underneath the mattress.

Put the pillows in pillowcases and position them at the top of the bed.
