Technical Skills	Poor Little attention is paid to how movements are done and finer details such as pointing the feet, lengthening the legs, body position are missing. Stage Presence	Poor The dancer is not focused, concentrated or committed to performance. The dancer looks at the floor the whole time. Good The dancer displays some focus but has more than a few moments of commitment to performance	Proficient The dancer is generally focused and committed to the movement. And generally makes a connection through the movement. Dancer does not look at floor.	Excellent The dancer is completely invested in the movement and it able to make a connection with audience. Dancer does not look at floor.
