CONCEPTS Use of of preliminary sketches and references to develop ideas	Good Develops extensive and thoughtful sketches that reflects investigation of reference material.	Fair Develops several sketches that are evident of using reference material.	Poor Minimal use of sketches or little to no investigation of reference material.
CRITICAL ANALYSIS Through group critiques and peer review discuss aesthetic outcomes	Good Exceptional use of correct ceramic terminology and constructive criticisms to enhance outcome of assignment.
