Symmetry	Mastered Upon close inspection the longboard is perfectly symmetrical.	Skilled Nearly perfectly symmetrical.	Competent Obviously not perfectly symmetrical.	Learning No attempt at keeping the longboard symmetrical.
Laminations	Mastered Joints fit tightly. No gaps.	Skilled 1 or 2 small gaps are visible, but not structurally significant.	Competent 3 or more small gaps are visible. Structural integrity is still okay.	Learning Major delamination of the plywood layers. Structural integrity compromised.
Sanding	Mastered Smooth finish with no visible scratches. No machine marks are visible.	Skilled Some scratches are visible. Slight cross grain sanding may be visible. This longboard would sell at Walmart or Canadian Tire. Your younger brother or sister would high five you.	Competent Project is somewhat sale worthy. Your friend might ask to borrow this longboard to go to the corner store, but there would be no high fives.	Learning Project has many errors. Project is not saleable.
