Performance
	Poor 15 pts	Fair 20 pts	Good 25 pts
Characterization	Poor The student never seemed to get in touch with his/her character. The performance sounded more like a recitation .	Fair The student had some understanding of their character , but they allowed themselves to drift in and out.	Good The student had excellent understanding of their character, and he/she played the role without interruption.
Blocking	Poor The student did not execute the blocking the way it was taught and often upstaged other characters.	Fair The student remembered the blocking that he /she was given but did not seem natural in the execution of that blocking.	Good The student demonstrated effective blocking that supported the scene. He/she moved around naturally without interfering with the blocking of other characters.
Ensemble	Poor The student did not create a believable relationship with cast mates.	Fair The student sporadically worked well with other classmates. Their interactions were not consistent.	Good The student worked well with other cast members. He /she reacted appropriately and believably to any interactions they were faced with.
Vocalization	Poor The student did not vocalize to the extent that the audience could hear or understand	Fair The student projected and enunciated well but the voice was not effectively used to support or create the character.	Good Student projected and enunciated well. The voice was used to create and support the character.
