	Level 1 1 pts	Level 2 2 pts	Level 3 3 pts	Level 4 4 pts
Puck Handling	Level 1 Student loses puck/ball off the stick often, and rarely moves	Level 2 Student keeps puck touching the stick	Level 3 Student keeps puck in center and can move along the floor keeping stick/puck contact,but can lose control at times.	Level 4 Student keeps puck in center and can move along the floor keeping stick/puck contact
Stick Handling Technique	Level 1 Can not change direction without losing control of the puck/ball,as well move around	Level 2 Can control the puck enough to change direction	Level 3 Keeps the puck in front while keeping head up and using short taps on the stick,although rare faltering can occur.	Level 4 Keeps the puck in front while keeping head up and using short taps on the stick.
Passing/Shooting	Level 1 Never looks to pass, aimlessly shoots puck/ball down the floor,turns the puck/ball over	Level 2 Looks up while passing the puck, does not always go to target.	Level 3 Passes the puck to other teammates effectively,with an occasional turnover occurring.	Level 4 Passes the puck to other teammates effectively
