Ball/Hands	Poor Takes eyes off the ball. Hands aren't in ready position and arms are straight.	Fair Watches the ball almost until it touches hands. Hands are almost ready.	Good Watches the ball until it touches hands. Hands are ready with elbows slightly bent.
Fingers	Poor Traps the ball against the body.	Fair Fingers are out of position at different heights.	Good Uses only fingers and thumbs to catch the ball. Thumbs together above the waist. Pinkies together below the waist.
Body	Poor Doesn't absorb the force of the ball-keeps the arms extended. Doesn't pull the ball to the body.	Fair Partially brings the arms back to the body and pulls the ball to body.	Good Asorbs the force of the ball by bringing the arms back towards the body. Pulls the ball to body.
Feet	Poor Doesn't move feet to meet the ball.	Fair Sometimes moves feet to meet the ball.	Good Moves feet to meet the ball.
