Neatness	Poor Student rushed to finish the project, many spots were left uncolored and a lot of the colors are smeared.	Fair Student used class time properly, some spots are left uncolored and some smudge marks are visible.	Good Student used the class time wisely, nothing is left uncolored and there are no smudge marks.
