Section tabs	Poor It's difficult to locate sections because the tabs are shorter than the paper.	Fair The tabs are visible but the tabs are not easy to read. Or, they are easy to read but not visible because the tab pages are smaller than the paper.	Good The tabs are easy to read and find. The tab pages are wider than the paper so that the scetions can be easily found.
Section organization	Poor The sections are haphazardly put together without reason.	Fair The sections are organized for the most part with a few that are out of order.	Good The sections are organized similar to the text book with like items near each other for easy reference. FOr instance, yeast bread are near quick breads, cakes are near icings, etc.
Formula Placement	Poor The recipes are placed in incorrect sections without reason.	Fair Some are placed correctly and some are not.	Good The formulas are placed in the correct category making it easy to locate when needed. For instance Carrot Cake is under "cakes"
Pages correctly protected	Poor Most of the formulas are not in sheet protectors, making them easy to tear out (and lose).	Fair Most, but not all, of the formulas are in sheet protectors.	Good The formulas are placed in sheet protector covers so that they stay clean and sanitary.
