Student always respect teachers, other adults, and fellow classmates. Student always follow directions the first time given and never harasses other classmates.

When asked, student will walk on a balance beam unassisted. Student will rock in place. Student will perform a log roll. Student will bend body in all directions.

EXCELLENT

Student is able to walk on a balance beam at least 4 steps without assistance. Student will perform log roll with minimal assistance. Student can bend at waist from side to side.
Fair

GOOD

Student is able to walk on balance beam for at least 4 steps with assistance. Student can rock from side to side and forward and backward with assistance. Student will perform log roll with assistance. Student can bend at waist in forward motion.
Poor

Student is able to balance on a line on the floor. Student can rock side to side. Student can get into position for log roll but cannot roll unassisted. Student bends slightly at waist

Student is unable to balance on a line with or without assistance. Student can rock side to side with assistance. Student cannot log roll without assistance. Student needs help to bend at waist.
