Student's level of engagement	Excellent Student is fully engaged Props and clothing are used. Speaking is clar and there is realism to the character.	Good Student is engaged and some props and clothing are used. Character is clearly speaking, but role is not fully developed.	Fair There is not a lot of engagement but the video is complete.	Poor Student didn't put much effort into the activity.
12 Questions are asked and answered	Excellent student did an excellent job in answering the 12 questions. The student showed understanding and their answers were appropriate.	Good student did an adequate job in answering the 12 questions. The student showed some understanding and their answers were somewhat appropriate.	Fair student could have answered more questions appropriately. The answers were somewhat unclear. OR Less than 12 + Q and A.	Poor Much more effort needed in the answers. The effort did not reflect the ability of the student.
Students Level of Seriousness	Excellent student stayed in character and took the role very seriously and as a result, they were very believable. Very polished; evidence of rehearsal.	Good student was in character and took their role seriously and as a result, they were believable. Video performance was a bit choppy and not polished.	Fair student was not able to stay in character and did not take their role very seriously and as a result, were not very believable.	Poor There was a lack of seriousness student and their character role.
Script/Written text	Excellent Student handed in a well written copy of the 20 line script/text or poem. 20+ lines long.	Good Student handed in a (good/rough) copy of the text. 15-20 lines long.	Fair Student handed in a copy of the text (good/rough). 10-15 lines long.	Poor Student didn't hand in a copy of the text or the text was illegible. 10 lines or less.
