Student needs 4 or more reminders of respectful testing location behavior (gets out of seat without permission, talking out, making distracting noises, etc.)
Prepared for Setting

Student has necessary materials and pre-plans for quiet activity after completing test

Excellent (A)

-Has fully charged Chromebook for testing
-A novel or other material for quiet work independently while others are testing
Proficient (B/C)

Chromebook is not charged OR student is not prepared for independent quiet work that does not distract others (1 prompt)
Needs Improvement (C/D)

Does not work independently without distracting others, even with 2-3 prompts
Unsatisfactory (F)

Student is not prepared for class AND quiet time after testing has been completed; multiple redirections needed to get on task and/or stay on task (4 or more prompts needed)
Uses testing strategies

Utilize testing strategies to ensure test success

Excellent (A)

-Student reads ALL questions AND all options before choosing answer
-Spends time considering all possibilities before choosing one
Proficient (B/C)

Reasonable compliance; requiring 1 or more redirect/prompts; Limited rapid guessing (1 pause)
Needs Improvement (C/D)

Needs more than 2 prompts at redirection; "clicking" through test questions; Test paused to address student rapid guessing (2 pauses)
Unsatisfactory (F)

Student is required to re-take assessment due to rapid guessing threshold being met
Self-Advocacy

Shows evidence of addressing personal needs
