Non Locomotor Skills Students will identify and use nonlocomotor skills to create shapes with their body (circle, oval, square, rectangle, hexagon), either alone or with their paired activity partner.

Bend	Level 3 When asked, student will bend at waist body in forward motion.	Level 2 Student is able to bend slightly at waist	Level 1 Student needs help to bend at waist.
Sway	Level 3 When asked, student will sway arms side to side.	Level 2 Student can sway arms side to side with assistance.	Level 1 Student unable to sway arms from side to side.
Stretch	Level 3 When asked, student will stretch their arms above their head reaching for the stars.	Level 2 Student is able to slightly stretch their arms just below their head.	Level 1 Student unable to stretch their arms.
Twist	Level 3 When asked, student will model twisting at waist.	Level 2 Student can twist at waist with assistance.	Level 1 Student unable to twist at waist.
Push	Level 3 When asked, student will model pushing movement.	Level 2 Student can model partial pushing movement.	Level 1 Student unable to model pushing movement.
Pull	Level 3 When asked, student will model pulling movement.	Level 2 Student can model partial pulling movement.	Level 1 Student unable to model pulling movement.
