Approaching Expectations Student sometimes participates in daily physical activity.	Not Meeting Expectations Student almost never participates in daily physical activity
Improvement	Exceeding Expectations Student shows great improvement over the course of the unit. ie: Learning multiple skills and showing capability of executing skills.	Meeting Expectations Student shows some improvement over the course of the unit. ie: Was able to perform new skills at a decent skill level	Approaching Expectations Student shows little improvement over the course of the unit. ie: At least showed learning of one new skill.	Not Meeting Expectations Student shows no improvement over the course of the unit. ie: was at the same skill level before we started.
Effort	Exceeding Expectations Student is always willing to try new and practiced activities and gives his/her best effort.	Meeting Expectations Student is usually willing to try new and practiced activities and usually gives his/her best effort.	Approaching Expectations Student is sometimes willing to try new and practiced activities and occasionally gives his/her best effort. Form	Exceeding Expectations Student uses perfect form while shooting right and left hand layups.	Meeting Expectations Student uses good form with maybe only one thing that needs work.	Approaching Expectations Student has okay form with a couple aspects that still need worked on.	Not Meeting Expectations Student made no changes to their form and are doing almost nothing correctly.
