Time and Transitions 20 pts The project is between 2 to 3 minutes, and has smooth transitions between media elements.	Poor The time is grossly over or under the time limit (more than 30 Seconds), and there are no transitions, it has only one picture or animation.	Fair The time is grossly over or under the time limit (more than 30 Seconds), and there is only video or pictures used throughout the project without any smooth transitions.	Satisfactory The time is grossly over or under the time limit (more than 30 Seconds), and there are transitions that are not smoothly executed.	Good Either the time is over or under for the project, or transitions have some inconsistances.	Excellent The project is between 2 to 3 mins, includes appropriate transitions between media in a smooth presentation.
Visual Content 20 pts The visual media includes multiple video or animation, multiple pictures that are relavent to the project, and has a title and credits page included.	Poor Only one visual is used throughout the project.	Fair One media is used ineffectively or not included. Either video/animations or the pictures.	Satisfactory Visuals do not transition correctly which leaves multile dead spaces, the credits and title page are not included.	Good One or more dead spaces are in project where visual media wasn't correctly, or the title or credits page is missing.	Excellent The visual media includes multiple visual media elements that all transition without any blank spots.
Audio Content 20 pts Audio is clear, smoothly editted, and goes with the visual media.	Poor Visual and audio media do not go together at all.	Fair The visual and audio media only somewhat does together.	Satisfactory The visual and audio media is appropriate in most cases.	Good One or more places in the audio media is there a mistake in the composition.	Excellent The audio is synced perfectly with the visual media.
Visual and Audio Editting/Timing 40 pts Visual and audio media is synced with out any mistakes or gaps.	Poor Four or more timing/editting mistakes in the project.	Fair Three or more timing mistakes.	Satisfactory Two or less mistakes in the presentation.	Good One mistake in the presentation.	Excellent All medias are synced perfectly, make sense, and there are no gaps in the project.
