Employability Skills 
Employability depends on your knowledge, skills and attitudes, how you use those assets, and how you present them to employers. Employability Skills can be defined as the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them ‘employable’. A group of essential abilities that involve the development of a knowledge base, a competence level and a mindset that is increasingly necessary for success in the modern workplace.
